Product Description
Through market research and user studies, we discovered that there is an industry trend of moving towards a more real-time feedback structure rather than sticking with the traditional 360 degree feedback system in business setting. In addition, we found that most of the face-to-face feedback given is not tacked and thus are not so helpful to employees who want to improve based on the daily feedback. Thus, we came up with this new version of B2B continuous feedback application intending to provide continuous feedback, to incorporate face-to-face feedback and to keep track of performance over time while still being lightweight.
